When the system starts your BYOS service, it first sends user registration message to your VOIP service provider. Once the message is received, your VOIP service will send back acknowledgement message. When the system receives the SIP authorization failed message, it normally means that your user name and / or password is not correct.
For some VOIP services, the account user name or password maybe different from that for SIP registration.
It is also possile that your account is blocked by your VOIP service, for reasons such as negative account balance or violating their fair usage policy.
