Error: Failed to Connect to SIP Service

When the system starts your BYOS service, it first sends user registration message to your VOIP service provider. Once the message is received, your VOIP service will send back acknowledgement message. When the system failed to connect to a SIP service, the problem is normally caused by:

  1. The domain information in the SIP credential is not correct, or
  2. Your VOIP service does not recognize the IP address of the Voicent server if the service uses the IP authentication method, or
  3. Your account is blocked by your VOIP service (maybe due to violating its fair usage policy)
