Good news — most phone services your organization already uses are fully compatible with our platform! This includes SIP trunk services, popular VOIP providers like CallCentric and RingCentral, and major corporate PBX systems.
Our platform runs on the VOIP/SIP standard and uses SIP Credentials to configure BYOS. Think of our software as an offsite softphone — it simply connects to and uses your existing phone service. For the SIP credentials to use, please reach out to your IT department.
And if you can’t use your company’s phone service, no worries — there are plenty of excellent phone service options available online. Check out the sections below for more information
For large calling campaigns, a SIP trunk service is normally the best choice. It is easy to set up and easy to scale up.
For example, Twilio's elastic SIP trunk service offers flexible lines/channels. You can add multiple trunks or increase the CPS (calls per seconds) for a small fee. Here is the detailed instructions for Set Up BYOS using Twilio.
You can google "SIP Termination", "SIP trunk" to look for these services.
The software works with most PBX systems, such as those from Cisco and Avaya. The software connects to the PBX systems as an external SIP extension or a group of extensions, similar to phone extensions for remote workers.
For small call volume, regular VOIP services like CallCentric and RingCentral will work well. Here is the detailed instruction for Set Up BYOS using CallCentric.
If you use a "unlimited" calling plan, use the service like humans do - do not make calls continuously for long hours. And even more importantly, do not use a single VOIP line with a single channel for multiple dialer lines.
Get the same number of or more lines from your VOIP service as the number of dialer lines. For example, for a 10 line dialer, get at lease 10 VOIP lines.
You may use multiple VOIP services at the same time.
